Harvey Joseph Venus, 38, is now living in the area after being in custody breaching a long-term supervision order. “Venus has multiple criminal convictions including sexual assault (x2), assault causing bodily harm, assault, and sexual interference of a person under 16-years-old,” police said. The man is required to follow a number of conditions, including not being in the presence of children under the age of 18, not to be near places where children are likely to gather and not to access the internet in any way.
