In a statement on Thursday morning, the city announced it will require proof of full vaccination starting Dec. 15. Anyone who refuses will face consequences including unpaid administrative leave, and full vaccination will now be a requirement for new staff being hired. The municipality said details of the policy, along with the plan to implement it, will be coming.
