The municipality has announced it plans to suspend all Halifax Transit service, including buses, ferries and Access-a-Bus, as of 1 p.m. Saturday in advance of an expected freeze. A rainfall warning is in effect for Halifax, calling for heavy rain overnight into Saturday. Temperatures are then forecast to plummet on Saturday afternoon and Environment Canada says roads, sidewalks and other surfaces could quickly freeze. Halifax Transit said it would provide an update by 10 a.m. Saturday if there is any change to the timeline for suspension of services. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Police arrest youths following disturbance at Halifax West High School next post Canada sanctions 10 more people in Russia over war with Ukraine You may also like RCI: What we know about the suspect in... 26 يونيو، 2026 RCI: Canada can now enter Eurovision, but CBC... 26 يونيو، 2026 RCI: Mark Carney’s plan to bulk-buy unsold Vancouver... 26 يونيو، 2026 RCI : Montreal shooting sparks renewed calls to... 26 يونيو، 2026 RCI: Weight-loss drug approved to treat sleep apnea... 26 يونيو، 2026 CBC : Venezuela earthquakes: More than 230 confirmed... 26 يونيو، 2026 RCI: Fusillade à Montréal : Mark Carney refuse... 26 يونيو، 2026 RCI ..
