According to a release from the HRP, on the evening of Nov. 21 emergency crews responded a report of a fire outside an apartment complex on Primrose St. While on the scene, a second fire was spotted in another dumpster behind an apartment building on Albro Lake Rd. Both fires were put out successfully and no injuries were reported. The release also stated investigators are looking for one person of interested, described as male, 5’11”, 170 lbs with blue jeans, a black hooded sweater, a light-coloured toque and black sneakers with white soles. The HRP is encouraging anyone with information or video footage from the crime scene to come forward.
