On Tuesday afternoon, officers responded to a report of human remains found near the 0-100 block of Old Sambro Road. Police are offering very few details at this time but they say the remains have not been identified yet and there is no evidence of foul play. Last month, police were searching for a missing kayaker near the Long Lake area, however, HRP has not confirmed if the two cases are connected.
