On Sept. 5 at roughly 7:30 a.m., police responded to a report of an injured person on Rosemeade Avenue where officers found a man with a gunshot wound. Police said the victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Robert Harris Lamb was scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court to face the charge of attempted murder.
