Halifax police charge man with attempted murder in north-end shooting

A 34-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder in connection to a shooting in Halifax’s north end last week.

On Sept. 5 at roughly 7:30 a.m., police responded to a report of an injured person on Rosemeade Avenue where officers found a man with a gunshot wound.

Police said the victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Robert Harris Lamb was scheduled to appear in Halifax Provincial Court to face the charge of attempted murder.

Police are asking anyone with information or video from the area to contact HRP or Crime Stoppers.
