On Monday at roughly 10:35 p.m., officers tried to stop a vehicle in a parking lot on Wyse Road as the driver was believed to be involved in a number of theft investigations. According to HRP, the driver refused to stop and struck two police cruisers as he left the parking lot. Police said they eventually found the vehicle, abandoned on Windmill Road.
