Halifax police charge man after seizing 3 kilograms of cocaine, $100,000 cash

Regional police have charged a man following a drug search in Halifax last week.

Last Thursday, officers searched a home on Cunard Street where they seized roughly 3 kilograms of cocaine, oxycodone and MDMA as well as over $100,000 in cash.

Vernon Washington Brown, 24, was scheduled to appear in Halifax provincial court on last Friday to face three counts of possession for the purposes of trafficking.
