Police say at roughly 7 a.m. on Friday, a 29-year-old man turned himself in at police headquarters and was arrested in relation to a warrant issued by Chilliwack RCMP and an arrest warrant issued by Halifax Regional Police for failing to attend court. The arrest follows a police operation that was conducted yesterday on Frederick Avenue in Halifax in relation to this investigation.
