The RCMP says on Feb. 2, at around 7 p.m., a man walked into a store in the 900 block of Cole Harbour Road, smashed a display case and stole trading cards before fleeing in a vehicle. According to a release, no one was injured, but the suspect did threaten an employee during the robbery. Officers say the vehicle, an older model, dark coloured Volkswagen Jetta with black rims and a temporary permit in the back window, drove eastbound on Cole Harbour Road. The RCMP says, at the time, it was driven by another man with a woman in the passenger side. On Feb. 5, a Halifax Regional Police officer arrested a man on an unrelated matter. A 38-year-old man from Halifax will now face charges of robbery and mischief.
