Homeownership can give families the strength and stability they need to build happier and healthier lives.” Habitat for Humanity allows qualified families to purchase a home with no down payment, an interest-free mortgage and monthly payments that never exceed 30 per cent of their household income. In order to qualify, homebuyers also need to agree to complete up to 500 hours of volunteer work. Ground will break on Phase 2 of the Habitat Way project later this year, with the aim of building the next five homes in 2023. According to the province, the current housing deficit in Halifax Regional Municipality is estimated to be at least 17,000 units and growing. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post “رقصة التنورة” فن روحي يزدهر في رمضان ارتبط بالقاهرة الفاطمية next post Survey suggests Canadians becoming more divided over COVID-19, politics You may also like الصحراء الغربية في صلب محادثة بين أناند ونظيرها... 29 أبريل، 2026 رجل يقرّ بذنبه في التسبب بحريق التهم 200.000... 29 أبريل، 2026 عجز أدنى بـ11,5 مليار دولار في التحديث الاقتصادي... 29 أبريل، 2026 Liberals target affordability to meet era of uncertainty... 29 أبريل، 2026 New system allows Nova Scotians to opt in... 29 أبريل، 2026 Nova Scotians can now renew health cards online... 29 أبريل، 2026 Nova Scotians alter driving habits due to high... 29 أبريل، 2026 Halifax improving access to recreation facilities with new... 29 أبريل، 2026 كارني يشارك في القمة الثامنة للمجتمع السياسي الأوروبي 28 أبريل، 2026 انخفاض عدد السياح الوافدين إلى كوبا بـ50% في... 28 أبريل، 2026
