“بقيق وخريص”، بدأت دول خليجية في الاستعدادات العسكرية الجادة وتأمين قواتها الدفاعية بأنظمة متطورة لمواجهة أي هجوم معاد. وأعلنت الكويت رفع مستوى التحذير الأمني للموانئ التجارية والنفطية إلى الدرجة القصوى (أحمر)، كما رفعت استعدادها العسكري إلى الدرجة القتالية (الحالة رقم 1)، حيث سيتم تنفيذ جميع التدابير الأمنية الوقائية المرتبطة بها على الفور، وذلك على خلفية التغييرات الملحوظة في مستوى التهديد القومي والوضع الأمني الحالي. وأصدرت مؤسسة الموانئ الكويتية اليوم الجمعة قراراً يقضي برفع المستوى الأمني لموانئ البلاد جميعها سواء النفطية أو التجارية، موضحة أن القرار يأتي “حفاظاً على أمن البلاد وسلامة أراضيها وموانئها في ظل الأوضاع التي تمر بها المنطقة. وكانت رئاسة الأركان العامة للجيش الكويتي رفعت استعدادها القتالي أول من أمس إلى (الحالة رقم1) ، ضمن الإجراءات الاحترازية الواجب اتخاذها في مثل هذه الظروف “حفاظاً على أمن البلاد وسلامة أراضيها ومياهها وأجوائها من أي أخطار محتملة”، مشيرة إلى أن ذلك يتم بالتنسيق المباشر والدائم مع كافة الجهات العسكرية والأمنية بالدولة، ما استدعى عودة النائب الأول لرئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الدفاع الشيخ ناصر صباح الأحمد إلى البلاد قادماً من الولايات المتحدة حيث كان برفقة والده، ومن المنتظر أن يترأس الشيخ ناصر اجتماعاً أمنياً موسعاً لكبار القيادات العسكرية والأمنية. ويأتي هذا القرار بعد فتح السلطات الكويتية تحقيقاً في معلومات تحدّثت عن “تحليق” طائرة مسيّرة فوق أحد قصور أمير البلاد السبت، في نفس اليوم الذي استهدف فيه هجوم غير مسبوق منشأتين نفطيتين في السعودية. وأعلنت ميليشيات الحوثي في اليمن مسؤوليتهم عن الهجوم على المنشأتين النفطيتين لكنّ واشنطن وجّهت أصابع الاتهام إلى إيران التي نفت أي ضلوع لها في ذلك. وكانت صحيفة “الرأي” الكويتية ذكرت أنّ طائرة مسيرة بحجم سيارة صغيرة هبطت فجر السبت إلى ارتفاع 250 متراً وحلّقت فوق قصر أمير الكويت قبل أن تنير أضواءها وتغادر الموقع. وعقب ذلك أعلن مجلس الوزراء “إجراء تحقيق شامل وفوري بشأن تحليق طائرة مسيرة في مناطق على الجانب الساحلي من مدينة الكويت”، مشدداً على “ضرورة تشديد الإجراءات الأمنية حول المواقع الحيوية داخل البلاد”. وكتبت الرأي أن الطائرة المسيرة حلقت فوق القصر الساحلي لأمير الكويت الذي يجري حالياً فحوصات طبية في الولايات المتحدة. وذكر المحلل العسكري اللواء محمد القبيبان أنه “من الطبيعي أن ترفع حالة الاستعداد القتالي في بعض الوحدات العسكرية في الإقليم ضمن الإجراءات الاحترازية، خصوصاً بعد الهجمات الإرهابية التي ضربت عصب الاقتصاد السعودي أرامكو”. البحرين تعزز دفاعاتها و تسعى البحرين لتأكيد جاهزيتها لكل الاحتمالات، إذ أعلنت الاثنين الماضي عن شراء منظومة الدفاع الجوي صواريخ “باتريوت” بهدف رفع جاهزيتها للدفاع عن سيادة البلاد واستقرارها واستمرار عجلة التنمية فيها. وأكد ولي العهد البحريني الأمير سلمان آل خليفة خلال لقائه بالرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترمب في واشنطن قبل يومين، أن البحرين (التي ستستضيف مؤتمر الملاحة البحرية الشهر المقبل) ستظل داعماً رئيسياً لكافة الجهود الدولية الساعية إلى تعزيز التنمية والاستقرار عبر مشاركاتها الفاعلة في مختلف التحالفات الدولية والإقليمية التي من شأنها تعزيز الأمن والسلم الدوليين، مشيراً إلى الدور الاستراتيجي والحيوي الذي تقوم به الولايات المتحدة الأميركية في حفظ أمن المنطقة واستقرارها، الذي يشكل ركيزة أساسية في مواصلة مسارات التنمية كون الأمن أساساً لها. وعن تعزيز البحرين لقواتها الدفاعية بأسلحة حديثة، أضاف القبيبان “التوترات في المنطقة أجبرت عدداً من الدول إلى اتخاذ اجراءات عسكرية و تعزيزات دفاعية بأسلحة متطورة، ولكن الضغط العسكري على إيران وفرض عقوبات جديدة وتأييدها من قبل دول لا تزال تستورد النفط من طهران حتى الآن هو الحل”، مستبعداً نشوب حرب حقيقية خلال الفترة المقبلة. ووافقت الخارجية الأميركية قبل أشهر، على عمليات بيع عسكرية أجنبية للبحرين لمختلف أنظمة صواريخ “باتريوت” والدعم والمعدات ذات الصلة بتكلفة تقدر بنحو 2.478 مليار دولار، بحسب شركة الصناعات العسكرية الأميركية “Raytheon” طهران لا تستطيع المواجهة وأكد الخبير الاستراتيجي محمد الحبابي أن الاستعدادات العسكرية سواء للكويت أو البحرين أو أي دولة خليجية أخرى طبيعية في الوقت الحالي، لأنها لا تود أن تكون في مرمى النيران الإيرانية، مؤكداً أن طهران لا تستطيع المواجهة وتحمل المسؤولية وإنما تنفذ جميع هجماتها من خلال ميليشياتها الإرهابية سواء في اليمن أو العراق أو حتى لبنان. وكانت وزارة الدفاع السعودية قد أكدت أن الهجوم على “أرامكو” لم ينطلق من اليمن وأنه تم
