Gaetz Brook Junior High in Gaetz Brook has been closed and HRCE said parents have been notified. The closure comes amid some continued power outages following the passage of post-tropical storm Lee over the weekend. As of Tuesday at noon, there were still about 7,000 Nova Scotia Power customers without power, mostly on the south shore. Due to power outage, Gaetz Brook Junior High @GBJHS is closing for the day.
