Halifax Regional Police says Friday marked four years since Ryan James Jessop went missing. He was last seen in the Dartmouth Crossing area on the evening of Sep. 27, 2020. “Ryan has not been in contact with family members since September 2020,” police wrote in a media release. “This is out of character for him, and his family and police are concerned for his well-being.” Jessop is described as a white man, 5’10” and 175 lbs with dark brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue track suit and a black puffy Guess vest. The case is now part of the Major Unsolved Crimes reward program, which offers a cash reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
