Emera Oval to close for the season this weekend

This weekend will be your last chance to skate on the ice at the Emera Oval.

HRM says the oval on the Halifax Common will close for the winter season on Sunday evening.

With some warm temperatures and rain in the forecast, staff at the popular site will monitor ice conditions; if the ice conditions deteriorate, they may close early.
