On Friday, the RCMP says officers stopped a Honda Civic that was tracked going 109 km/h in a 50 km/h zone on St. Margarets Bay Rd. in Timberlea. The 19-year-old Hubley man was charged with stunting and had his vehicle towed. And on Sept.26, a 20-year-old Halifax man was charged after police watched a Dodge Charger going 116 km/h on Portland St. in Dartmouth, where the speed limit is 50 km/h.
