HRP says the driver was caught driving 165 km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Highway 102 near Hammonds Plains around 12:45 p.m. Tuesday. The 33-year-old man was ticketed for stunting, an automatic charge when a vehicle is travelling more than 50 km/h over the speed limit.
