Did you lose money in Halifax earlier this week?

At around 11 p.m. Monday, someone told Halifax Regional Police they had just found some cash on Cunard Street west of Robie.

If it’s yours, or you know something about the money, call police at 902-490-5020. Anonymous tips can be submitted through Crime Stoppers.

To claim the cash, you’ll need to provide specifics on the total amount and denomination of the bills.

“We commend the citizen for doing the right thing and turning the money in to police,” said HRP in a news release.
