Blair is scheduled to take part in a Thursday morning event put on by the Halifax Chamber of Commerce to discuss Canada’s updated defence policy. On Friday, Vice-Admiral Angus Topshee will join Bill Blair at the shipyard as construction on the surface combatant fleet gets underway.
