Both gasoline and diesel see price decrease overnight

Good news to report from the fuel front

The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board lowered the price of both gasoline and diesel at midnight.

That means regular self-serve gas was dropped 4.4 cents a litre to 162.2 in the Halifax area.

The price of diesel also seeing a decrease of just over 2 cents to 205.2 cents per litre.

One year ago, we were paying 1.76 for gas, and 2.26 for diesel.
