The Great Outdoors Comedy Festival on Monday unveiled comedian Bill Burr as a headliner for the festival, which will be held at Halifax’s Garrison Grounds from Aug. 11-13. Comedian and actor Jerry Seinfeld was the first headliner announced, and tickets quickly sold out.
