الأساليب اندبندنت عربية /ياسر سلطان تفخر المجتمعات والدول برصيدها من المتاحف، فهي مستودع التاريخ والفن والثقافة، وهي مرجع بصري يحتفظ بين جدرانه بذاكرة الشعوب وما جاد به النابهون من أبنائها في كل مجال. في مصر يوجد العديد من المتاحف، بينها بالطبع متاحف فنية تحوي مئات الأعمال لفنانين مصريين وغير مصريين، وهي كنوز لا تقدر بثمن، فمتحف محمود خليل مثلاً يضم مجموعة كبيرة من الأعمال الفنية لأبرز فناني أوروبا جمعها الثري المصري محمود خليل وزوجته خلال النصف الأول من القرن العشرين. وهناك أيضاً متحف الجزيرة الذي يضم مجموعة المقتنيات التي تمت مصادرتها من قصور أسرة محمد علي بعد ثورة يوليو 1952. كلا المتحفين يضمان مئات الأعمال التي لا تقدر بثمن، بينها العديد من القطع الفنية النادرة لرموز الفن الأوروبي أمثال ماتيس وفان غوخ وديلاكروا وجوستاف كوربيه وكلود مونيه وبابلو بيكاسو، وغيرهم من أساطين الفن الغربي. أما متحف الفن المصري الحديث فيضم أعمالاً لفنانين مصريين يعود الكثير منها إلى بدايات القرن الماضي. ما يدعو إلى الأسف أن هذه المتاحف التي ذُكرت مغلقة أمام الجمهور منذ سنوات لدواع أمنية أو للترميم كما هو معلن. متحف الجزيرة تحديداً مغلق منذ أكثر من 25 عاماً. وقد تعرضت هذه المتاحف لبعض حوادث النهب والسرقة على فترات متفاوتة، ولعل الحادثة الشهيرة لسرقة لوحة زهور الخشخاش لفان غوخ والتي لم يعثر لها على أثر حتى اليوم لاتزال ماثلة في الذاكرة. فتح المتاحف المغلقة هذا العام قرّر المنظمون لبينالي القاهرة الدولي الذي تستمر فعالياته حتى منتصف أغسطس(آب) فتح أحد هذه المتاحف المغلقة، وهو متحف الفن المصري الحديث، ليكون ضمن المساحات الثلاث التي تستضيف الأعمال المشاركة في البينالي، على الرغم من عدم جاهزيته لاستقبال الجمهور كما بدا واضحاً ليلة الافتتاح، فطلاء الجدران والأسقف بدا مهترئاً، والمصاعد معطلة، كما أن مكيف الهواء داخل المتحف لم يكن يعمل، ما أصاب الحضور ليلة الافتتاح بالاختناق، في ظل حرارة الصيف وأجوائه الملتهبة. أثار عرض أعمال بينالي القاهرة داخل المتحف- على الرغم من كونها ليست المرة الأولى- حفيظة البعض لأسباب مختلفة، فقد أعاد الحديث مرة أخرى عن المتاحف المغلقة، كما أثار الجدل حول انتهاك حرمة المتاحف بأعمال لا تمت إليها بصلة. بين هذا وذاك أثيرت أقاويل حول أهلية القائمين على الثقافة في مصر وجدارتهم بإدارة مثل هذه الأحداث وتعاملهم مع ما تحت أيديهم من مؤسسات عريقة تحمل ذاكرة مصر المعاصرة وثقافتها. متحف الفن الحديث في القاهرة (يوتيوب) من بين المعترضين كان الفنان عز الدين نجيب، والذي اتخذ اعتراضه مساراً عملياً بإصداره بياناً للتوقيع يرفض فيه ما تم من استغلال لمتحف الفن المصري الحديث في عروض بينالي القاهرة الدولي، معرباً عن استيائه مما آلت إليه أوضاع المتاحف الفنية، من سرقات وإغلاق وإهمال وانتهاك لحرمتها بحسب رأيه. وأشار البيان أيضاً إلى ما أشيع عن تمويل بينالي القاهرة الدولي من قبل إحدى المؤسسات الفنية العربية كنوع من الإعانة أو التعاون المشترك. سرعان ما تفاعل العديد من الفنانين والمثقفين المصريين مع هذا البيان، إذ بادر عدد كبير منهم بالتوقيع عليه معربين عن تضامنهم مع ما جاء فيه، وما أشار إليه من تدهور وتراجع في دور المتاحف الفنية وتخوّفهم مما آلت إليه أوضاعها. أعلن الفنان عز الدين نجيب لاحقاً أن البيان قد تم رفعه وتقديمه إلى عدد من الجهات والمؤسسات الرسمية، كرئاسة الجمهورية ومجلس النواب ورئاسة مجلس الوزراء. خلافاً للمؤيدين هناك أيضاً من أعلنوا رفضهم هذا البيان، معلنين أن استغلال المتاحف في مثل هذه العروض الدولية هو أمر يحدث في الدول كافة. بعض المعترضين على البيان رأى فيه أيضاً تمييعاً للقضية الرئيسة المتعلقة بإدارة الفن والثقافة في مصر على نحو عام، وأنه يجر النقاش إلى أزمات فرعية، من دون أن يتطرّق إلى الأزمة الفعلية والمتمثلة في الإدارة. بيان وبيان مضاد بعد أيام من صدور هذا البيان سارع قطاع الفنون التشكيلية المصري إلى إصدار بيان آخر يرفض فيه ما جاء في بيان نجيب، وإن لم يسمّه صراحة، نافياً ما أشيع عن تلقي أي منح من أي جهة خارجية، ولكن من دون أن يعلن عن الميزانية الحقيقية التي رُصدت لهذا الحدث، في تجاهل لمطالبات العديد من الفنانين والمثقفين. تضمن بيان قطاع الفنون التشكيلية المصري اتهامات لمن أطلق عليهم مروّجي الإشاعات والمُغرضين بأنهم يسعون إلى التشكيك في الإنجازات الوطنية، واصفاً ما يثار على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بأنها محض أكاذيب وإشاعات يروج لها بعض المأجورين وأصحاب “الأيديولوجيات” بهدف زعزعة الأفكار والتأثير سلباً في الحالة العامة في المجالات كافة، بل وتكدير فرحة عموم تشكيليّي مصر بعودة بينالي القاهرة الدولي. كما أكد البيان حق قطاع الفنون التشكيلية في مقاضاة أصحاب هذه الآراء ممن سماهم “مروّجي الإشاعات” وصف البعض بيان القطاع الأخير بأنه يحمل طابعاً سلطوياً، ويعتمد لغة التهديد والتخوين، وهي لغة لا ينبغي لمؤسسة معنية بالفن أن تتبناها في التعامل مع منتقديها، بخاصة أنها تساؤلات مشروعة، وطرحها ليس بجريمة. على الجانب الآخر هناك من رحّب بهذا البيان معتبراً أنه رد على التشكيك في إنجازات القطاع، بل والتشكيك في إنجازات الدولة ككل، معتبرين أن كل ما يثار ليس سوى اختلاق لقضايا بالية، لا يهدف أصحابها من ورائها سوى الظهور. الفنان خالد حافظ هو أحد الفنانين المصريين المشاركين في بينالي القاهرة الدولي هذا العام، وعضو في اللجنة المنظمة للبينالي أيضاً، وهو أحد الداعمين للبيان الذي أصدره قطاع الفنون التشكيلية. يؤيد حافظ فكرة استغلال المتاحف في مثل هذه الأحداث بقوله “نعم لاستخدام المتاحف واحتلالها” وهو يرى أن الفعاليات القومية الكبرى مثل البيناليات وغيرها هي وسيلة تلجأ إليها الدول لتدعيم قوتها ومكانتها، واصفاً إياها بـ “الديبلوماسية الناعمة”- يقول حافظ: “خلال مسيرتي الدولية والتي تمت فيها دعوتي الشخصية إلى الاشتراك في بيناليات دول عديدة (27 بينالي دولياً بدعوة شخصية، منها 3 مرات لبينالي فينيسيا) عرضت أعمالي في المتاحف التالية: الشارقة، وباماكو، وسالونيكي، وميركوسور، وترينالي جوانجزو، وداكار، وسنغافورة، وفي كل مرة يتم تفريغ المتحف من أجل هذه الأحداث. وعندما كان هناك بينالي باريس كان يحتل متحف الفن المعاصر لمدينة باريس، وهو متحف وطني وليس قطاعاً خاصاً. وفي دعوتي إلى 23 معرضاً جماعياً في متاحف 16 دولة كان يتم عرض الأعمال داخل المتاحف، وهذه ممارسات متحفية دولية معترف بها” يرى حافظ أن المشكلة الحقيقية “تكمن في أن هناك أناساً وكتبة يقرأون بلغة واحدة- إن قرأوا- ويدّعون المعرفة، وهي قد تكون معرفة قديمة عتيقة وأثرية خرجت من علوم العروض والمتاحف منذ عقود” على خلاف ذلك يؤيد الفنان علي نبيل وهبة مدير متحف الفن المصري الحديث سابقاً ما جاء في بيان الفنان عز الدين نجيب، ويرى أن مجرد غلق المتحف كل هذه السنوات هو أمر خطأ وبلا تفسير منطقي. يشير وهبة إلى أن فترة توليه المتحف كانت فترة عامرة بالنشاط، وأنه لم يكن يتصور حينها أن يصل به الحال يوماً إلى هذا المستوى من التردي. يعترض وهبة على ما يحدث اليوم من مسؤولي قطاع الفنون التشكيلية كما يقول، وهو يرى أن الأزمة تطال مناحي أخرى غير المتاحف، فالظلام وانعدام الرؤية يخيمان على قطاع الفنون التشكيلية كما يقول، لأن الأمور تدار بعشوائية ومنطق الشللية. ويذهب وهبة إلى أن كثيراً من المناصب الحالية داخل قطاع الفنون التشكيلية قد أصبحت فضفاضة على من اختيروا لإدارتها. إغلاق بحجة الترميم الفنان محمد أبو النجا يرى مثل كثيرين أن القضية الأَولى بالنقاش هنا هي قضية إغلاق المتاحف، وهي القضية الأهم التي يجب تسليط الضوء عليها جيداً، فهناك العديد من المتاحف المصرية المغلقة منذ سنوات طويلة كما يقول بحجة الترميم. يتساءل أبو النجا: لماذا تغلق المتاحف كل هذا الوقت؟ وأين يتم تخزين محتوياتها والتأكد من سلامتها كل تلك السنوات التي تعرضها بالفعل إما للتلف أو الاختفاء تحت أي مسمى؟ يعلن أبو النجا أنه ليس ضد إقامة البينالي أو الأحداث الدولية الكبرى في جزء من المتاحف، فهذا يحدث في كثير من دول العالم كما يقول، وفي بينالي الإسكندرية منذ زمن، لكنه لا يخفي قلقه الشديد على سلامة المعروضات داخل هذه المتاحف المغلقة أثناء استضافتها لمثل هذه الأحداث الفنية، لذا فهو يطالب بضرورة جرد المقتنيات المتحفية وتوثيقها قبل الحدث وبعده. وكيل كلية الفنون الجميلة بالأقصر الفنان محمد عرابي يرى أن الاهتمام يجب أن يتعلق بآلية تنظيم البينالي وملابساتها العديدة، وما ارتبط بها من تشكيل اللجان واختيار القوميسير، وهو يرى أن بينالي القاهرة قد أقيم من دون إعداد مناسب وعلى غير توقع. يرى عرابي أن ما أثير حول تنظيم البينالي أو مسألة المتاحف هي تساؤلات لها مشروعيتها الأكيدة باعتبار أننا شركاء في الحركة الثقافية. الفنان محمد الجنوبي لا يتفق مع بيان الفنان عز الدين نجيب، لأنه يرى أن البيان بصيغته تلك قد ابتعد بالمشكلة الرئيسة إلى أزمة فرعية، فالبيان كما يقول الجنوبي يركز على مسألة المتاحف واستضافتها الفعاليات الفنية بدلاً من الاهتمام بالبينالي نفسه وسلبيات تنظيمه. يرى الجنوبي أيضاً أن تسليط الضوء على مسألة المتاحف في بيان عز الدين نجيب بدا قاصراً، فالمتاحف بحسب رأيه تمثّل مشكلة كبيرة عمرها من عمر الدولة المصرية. يقول الجنوبي: “هناك متحف وحيد للفن في القاهرة، في حين لدينا 26 محافظة لا يوجد فيها متحف واحد مشابه” ولم تفكر الدولة كما يقول في استغلال القصور والبيوت الأثرية الضخمة والمنتشرة في كل محافظات مصر بتحويلها إلى متاحف نوعية. يرى الجنوبي أن ما يثار اليوم مجرد قضايا بالية عفّ عليها الزمن، أما المشكلة الحقيقية فتتمثل في الطريقة التي تدار بها الثقافة في مصر. وفي ما يخص البيان الذي أصدره قطاع الفنون التشكيلية فيصفه الجنوبي بأنه بيان مشؤوم، وأنه مجرد رد فعل على قضايا بائسة. يتفق الفنان محمود منيسي مع رأي الجنوبي أيضاً في اعتباره أن الأمر أخطر من مسألة استغلال متحف أو غيره، وهو يرى أن من يديرون الثقافة المصرية حالياً مجرد واجهة، وأن هناك أشخاصاً آخرين يديرون منظومة الثقافة في مصر من وراء الستار، بعضهم وزراء ومسؤولون سابقون، وهو أمر يدعو إلى الريبة والتساؤل كما
