The Nova Scotia government said grants of up to $100,000 over two years are available for projects that look into how mental health and addictions intersect with housing, food security and education, among others. “Mental health and wellness are influenced by many factors, like social environments, access to housing, education and more,” said Brian Comer, Minister of Addictions and Mental Health. “Research that is focused on Nova Scotia and what shapes mental health and addiction here at home will help us build a stronger system of care for all.” According to the province, a total of $400,000 in research funding is available and it will be distributed through Research Nova Scotia. The deadline for expressions of interest is Feb. 11 and people can apply at Research Nova Scotia’s website. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Dalhousie University prof’s acclaimed book explores our relationship with guilt next post Community mourns teenage dog attack victim this weekend You may also like RCI: Trump fustige le Canada pour sa gestion... 19 يوليو، 2026 RCI: Diarrhée explosive aux États-Unis : aucun foyer... 19 يوليو، 2026 RCI: Mexico not looking to cut side deal... 19 يوليو، 2026 RCI: Senior RCMP officer’s ’no evidence’ comment about... 19 يوليو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : North Preston 10-year-old girl wins... 18 يوليو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Halifax man has warrant out... 18 يوليو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Modern long-term care home opens... 18 يوليو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Crews eyeing incoming storm to... 18 يوليو، 2026 CITYnews halifax : Trump threatens Canada with more... 18 يوليو، 2026 راديو كندا الدولي : المكسيك تقول إنّ المحادثات... 18 يوليو، 2026
