Those planning to drive to visit friends and family over the Thanksgiving weekend are getting a break on the price of gasoline.  The Nova Scotia Utilities and Review Board has used its weekly price adjustment to lower the minimum price for self-serve regular gasoline by 7.3 cents to 166.8.

The same, however, cannot be said of the diesel price.  Fuel price rose at midnight on Friday by 1.3 cents to 207.5.

At this time last year, Nova Scotians were paying 1.65 for gasoline and 2.13 for diesel.
