The Bedford beach had been closed since shortly after the July 22 floods, due to high water and a failure at a nearby wastewater pumping station. The Municipality now says the beach can reopen after follow-up tests show bacteria levels in the water are once again at safe levels in accordance with Health Canada guidelines. During the summer months, Sandy Lake Beach is supervised with regular water testing, as are all supervised municipal beaches. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post N.S. invests $5.6M for first physician assistant program in Atlantic Canada next post Suspect sought after Dartmouth grocery store is robbed You may also like Wind and rainfall warnings issued for parts of... 2024 New poll shows Houston’s PCs maintaining big lead... 22 نوفمبر، 2024 Cape Breton Police issue emergency alert as they... 22 نوفمبر، 2024 Safety board calls for changes two years after... 22 نوفمبر، 2024 Fuel prices rise across Nova Scotia 22 نوفمبر، 2024 Halifax International Security Forum begins 16th year amid... 22 نوفمبر، 2024
