Youth in the area say that the driver of a light grey coloured sedan with tinted windows was following them. The children say the vehicle left the scene when adults arrived at the park. In a release to the media, HRP asks the driver of that vehicle, or anyone who has video or any other kind of information on the incident, to contact them at 902-490-5016.
