CANADAHALIFAX news Man charged after allegedly threatening people on South Shore trail by admin 16 مايو، 2023 written by admin 16 مايو، 2023 161 CITYnews halifax \ By Mark Hodgins A 30-year-old man is facing a long list of charges after threatening people with a firearm on a South Shore trail, according to the RCMP. The Mounties say officers were called to the trail near Port Medway on May 7, where witnesses said the man had made threats to hurt or kill “numerous” people on the trail. The man was arrested on Friday at a hotel in Liverpool, according to police. Michael Gerald Wentzell is facing weapons charges in addition to uttering threats. He’s expected to appear in court on Monday. The RCMP meantime is asking for the public’s helping finding the firearm used in the incident.
