Vehicle pedestrian crash sends man to Halifax hospital

Officers closed part of Gottingen Street over part of the noon hour after the collision

Regional Police closed part of Gottingen Street early Tuesday afternoon after a vehicle-pedestrian collision.

Officers responded to the call in the 2300 block between Buddy Daye and Cunard streets around 12:30 pm.

Police say a man was taken from the scene to hospital for treatment of what officers described as non-life threatening injuries.

No word from the police if they plan to lay any charges.
