CANADAHALIFAX news Winter parking ban to be enforced overnight into Saturday by admin 24 فبراير، 2023 written by admin 24 فبراير، 2023 48 It will be in effect in both zones CITYnews halifax \ Meghan Groff Listen to this article The Halifax Regional Municipality will be enforcing the winter parking ban overnight. It will be in effect in both zones (Zone 1 – Central and Zone 2 – Non-Central) between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. on Saturday, February 25. Any vehicles left parked on city streets risk being ticketed. In addition, vehicles can be towed day or night, at any time of year, if they are interfering with snow-clearing operations under the province’s Motor Vehicle Act. Residents are asked to make sure vehicles aren’t blocking sidewalks or hanging out of driveways as they risk being damaged by snow removal equipment. Haligonians should move any planters, lawn decorations, sports equipment and other portable objects away from sidewalks. Mark any permanent structures or objects too big to move with reflectors that will stick out above the snow so crews can spot them. The HRM is also reminding those heading out to shovel to not dump snow from their property onto the street or sidewalk. “Think before you park this winter – it will help make the season a little easier on everyone,” says the HRM in a news release. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Canadians ‘Stand with Ukraine’ on one-year anniversary of Russian invasion next post امرأة تموت كل دقيقتين في العالم خلال الحمل أو أثناء الولادة You may also like مانيتوبا تحول بعض صادراتها الكهربائية من الولايات المتحدة... 15 أبريل، 2025 بيار بواليافر يتعهّد بطرد مرتكبي الأعمال المعادية للسامية 15 أبريل، 2025 Nova Scotia auditor general credits government on progress... 15 أبريل، 2025 Nova Scotia Stampede getting upgrades after last year’s... 15 أبريل، 2025 N.S. moves forward with plan to force municipalities... 15 أبريل، 2025 Driver caught going over double the limit on... 15 أبريل، 2025 Small drop in people on Nova Scotia primary... 15 أبريل، 2025 worth $2,000 of lobster stolen: Nova Scotia RCMP 15 أبريل، 2025 N.S. offers up to $150,000 for information in... 15 أبريل، 2025 HRM residents still open to welcoming U.S. tourists... 15 أبريل، 2025
