They say Kenneth Alan Gilbert was last seen Saturday evening in Dartmouth. The 63-year-old is described as white, around 5’10” and 190 pounds with short grey hair and brown eyes. “There is no information to suggest that Kenneth has met with foul play, however, police are concerned for his well-being,” said HRP in a news release.
