Police investigate stabbing in Spryfield

Injured man approached paramedics while on a separate call

At 2:55 a.m., January 7, police began investigating an assault with a weapon in Spryfield. A man who had been stabbed approached paramedics while they were responding to a different nearby call on Greystone Drive.

The injured man is 25 years old and is in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

There is no suspect description at this time. Investigators with Patrol are conducting the investigation, which is in the early stages.
