ترجمات – سكاي نيوز عربية – أبوظبي – قضت محكمة الاستئناف التركية بتأييد حكم سجن المغنية والممثلة الشهيرة، زحل أولجاي، التي أدنيت سابقا في تهمة إهانة الرئيس التركي، رجب طيب أردوغان خلال إحدى أغنياتها.
وفتحت السلطات التركية في صيف عام 2016 تحقيقا ضد أولجاي (61 عاما)، بعدما تلقت شكوى بأن المغنية غيرت من كلمات إحدى أغنياتها واستخدمت حركات يديها من أجل ما اعتبر “إهانة لأردوغان“، خلال حفل بمدينة إسطنبول.
وخلال شهادتها أمام المحكمة، قالت المغنية إنها عدلت من الأغنية وادخلت اسم أردوغان لأنه يلائمها فنيا، ولم يكن لديها أي دوافع مبطنة لإهانة الرئيس، وأشارت إلى أن حركات يديها كانت من أجل تنبيه عدد من الحضور الذين تفوهوا بتعليقات سلبية.
وكانت محكمة في مدينة إسطنبول أصدرت في مارس 2018 حكما يعاقب أولجاي بالسجن لمدة 10 أشهر علما أن المدعي العام طالب بسجنها لمدة 4 أعوام، وفي وقت لاحق أمرت محكمة أخرى بزيادة مدة السجن لتصل إلى 11 شهرا و20 يوما، مع تأجيل تنفيذه.

وخلال عام واحد، سجنت السلطات التركية 98 شخصا في البلاد بتهمة إهانة أردوغان أو الإساءة إليه، الأمر الذي دفع منظمات حقوقية إلى الإعراب عن قلها بسبب استخدام هذا الأمر في التضييق على معارضي الرئيس التركي.
وأدين في إطار دعاوى، كان خلفها الرئيس التركي، عدد من الصحفيين والفنانين أو مواطنين بسطاء، وذلك بتهمة “إهانة” شخصه.
وتواجه الحكومة التركية اتهامات متزايدة بالتضييق على الحريات في البلاد، تعززها وقائع اعتداءات على صحفيين معارضين ومقار للمعارضة.
