Man suffers serious injuries after Dartmouth shooting

A man is suffering serious injuries after being shot in Dartmouth on Saturday night.

Halifax Regional Police (HRP) responded to a report of gun shots in the area of Camden Street at 11:46 p.m. on April 30.

After arriving at the scene, officers later found the man at the Dartmouth General Hospital.

HRP says the man’s injuries were non-life-threatening, and EHS eventually transported him to the QEII Health Sciences Centre in Halifax.

Currently, HRP also says there is no suspect information.

As police investigate the incident, HRP says people with information should call 902-490-5020.
