Police ask for photo and video footage in Treyvhon Bradshaw homicide investigation

If you recorded video or took photos at The Den nightclub between 11:30 p.m. March 17 and 3 a.m. on March 18, investigators want you to contact them

Halifax Regional Police are asking for photo and video footage for their investigation into a homicide early last Friday.

Officers were called to the south end of Gottingen Street at around 2:35 a.m. on March 18, where they found a Treyvhon Alrick Bradshaw with gunshot wounds.

The 25-year-old was rushed to hospital, where he died of his injuries.

“Police are aware that there were people in the area at the time of Treyvhon’s murder who have information on what occurred,” said HRP in a news release. “We are asking them to do the right thing and come forward to police with what they know.”

Police said some people were taking cell phone videos just after the shooting took place.

“We are asking these people to share their videos and photos with police,” they said.

They also would like anyone who took recorded video or took photos at The Den nightclub (2182 Gottingen Street) between 11:30 p.m. March 17 and 3 a.m. on March 18 to get in touch with them.

“What may seem insignificant could be a valuable piece of information for investigators,” police added.
