Michael’s friends found his body at a Convoy Avenue home on March 9, 2007 and his death was ruled a homicide. “Investigators believe there are people who have information that has not yet been provided to police that could help solve Michael’s murder,” HRP said in a news release. “We hope that the passage of time may encourage someone to do the right thing and come forward with what they know.” Anyone with information can call police at 902-490-5016. The case is also a part of the Nova Scotia Rewards for Major Unsolved Crimes Program which offers a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for the homicide.
