There’s more snow in the forecast. 

Environment Canada has issued a special weather statement for Halifax, calling for 10 to 20 cm of snow through the day Friday.

The national forecaster says snow will start in the southwest on Friday morning and will spread across the rest of the province during the day.

The highest amounts are expected in Yarmouth, Shelburne and Queens counties.
