According to local polling company Narrative Research, when asked “How do you feel about the trucker convoy in Ottawa?,” 70 per cent of respondents living in our province said they’re against it, while 21 per cent said they support it. Results were quite different among our neighbours in New Brunswick, where 55 per cent give it a thumbs down and 29 per cent are for it. The opposition in Nova Scotia is also higher than the national average, where overall 63 per cent of Canadians disprove, while 28 per cent are in favour. “Support is greatest among younger Canadians – those under the age of 35 – while lowest among those aged 55 and older,” stated Narrative Research. “As well, support is highest among those with lower levels of formal education. It is also of note that those who rent their home, as opposed to own it, are more likely to be in support of the protests. “ The results are courtesy of an online survey between February 11 and February 13 of 1,232 Canadians 18 years of age or older, conducted from the Logit Group’s Canadian Omnibus, which surveys people about their opinions and behaviours related to topical issues. 11 comments 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post New film opening in Halifax aims to assist the endangered right whale (5 photos) next post Dentist accused of assaulting patients You may also like Liberals promising improved bottom line in today’s spring... 28 أبريل، 2026 Liberals on better-than-expected ground, plan to spend billions... 28 أبريل، 2026 Police involved in power pole crash while chasing... 28 أبريل، 2026 Three drivers in HRM charged with stunting 28 أبريل، 2026 كندا لا تزال تراجع خطتها لشراء مقاتلات ’’إف... 28 أبريل، 2026 كارني يُعلن إنشاء أوّل صندوق سيادي للثروة الوطنية... 28 أبريل، 2026 Manitoba man killed in Shubenacadie car crash 27 أبريل، 2026 Prime Minister Mark Carney announces Canada’s 1st sovereign... 27 أبريل، 2026 Power restored after thousands in the dark in... 27 أبريل، 2026 Church Point’s historic Église Sainte-Marie wins national restoration... 27 أبريل، 2026 Leave a Comment Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
