Three accused of breaking into vehicles and storage lockers

Halifax Regional Police have arrested three suspects after items were stolen from an underground parking garage.

Police were called to a residential building on Roberts Street at 4 a.m. Monday.

Officers believe the suspects broke into multiple storage lockers and vehicles.

Three people were arrested yesterday afternoon and police say they were able to recover a number of the stolen goods.

A 30-year-old man, 19-year-old woman and 17-year-old youth face charges of break and enter, theft under $5,000 and possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.

The man and youth are also being charged with possession of break in tools and property damage.

All three will appear in court at a later date.
