RCMP are getting many reports of thefts from vehicles lately.

They’ve heard of 32 break-ins between October 18 to 31 throughout Sackville, Cole Harbour and Tantallon.

Mounties say most of the vehicles had been left unlocked.

“The RCMP wants to remind residents that if they want to protect themselves against theft from their vehicles, the first step is to lock their vehicles, and remove anything of value,” said police in a news release.

Anyone with information is asked to call 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
