الثوري بنشر العنف في المنطقة من خلال محاولته تصدير الثورة اندبندنت عربية \ هادي طرفي مساعد رئيس التحرير @HadiTorfi عندما عاد أبو الحسن بني صدر من باريس إلى طهران مع مؤسس النظام الإيراني روح الله الخميني كان مشبّعاً بوعود قطعها الخميني للعالم من منفاه الباريسي بتأسيس نظام “يشبه الجمهورية الفرنسية”. لم يكمل النظام عامه الأول حتى تصدّر بني صدر الواجهة إذ أصبح أول رئيس منتخب في تاريخ إيران، وعزز مؤسس النظام موقعه بمنحه منصب رئاسة مجلس الثورة وأردفه بامتياز آخر بتعيينه قائداً عاماً للقوات المسلحة. لكن لم يدُم حبل الودّ بينهما طويلاً، إذ ما بدأت المؤسسات الثوريّة الفتيّة تعمل بالتوازي مع مهام الرئيس المنتخب، حتى بدأت الخلافات بينه وبين مقربين من الخميني تطفو إلى السطح فتخلى عنه الأخير وانتهى به المطاف بالعزل من الرئاسة. بعد العزل توارى أبو الحسن بني صدر عن الأنظار لفترة 6 أشهر، قبل أن يغادر طهران إلى باريس متخفيّاً بزيّ عسكريّ، طبقا لروايته، ويقول إعلام النظام إنه غادر بزيّ امرأة. أقام بني صدر في منطقة فرساي في باريس تحت حماية مشددة من الأمن الفرنسي، زرته هناك عام 2014 لإجراء مقابلة تلفزيونية، وعدت وأجريت معه المقابلة التالية فی أكتوبر 2019 للحديث عن الأجواء التي عاشتها إيران قبيل الثورة وبعدها وتعيد “اندبندنت عربية” نشرها بمناسبة وفاته يوم السبت 9 أكتوبر (تشرين الأول) 2021. لم يكن رجال الدين وحدهم من شارك في الثورة التي أطاحت حكم الشاه محمد رضا بهلوي عام 1979، إذ أسهمت تيارات وشرائح مختلفة في الثورة، منهم اليساريون والليبراليون والشعوب غير الفارسية مثل الكرد والعرب والبلوش والترك والتركمان… قال بني صدر “لم يتصوّر رجال الدين الذين شاركوا في النضال ضد الشاه أن الشاه سيسقط… الخميني تحدّث عن ضرورة رحيل الشاه خلال وجوده في فرنسا عندما اطمأنّ إلى قرب رحيله”. وأضاف “كانت هناك تيارات مختلفة تنشط ضد الشاه، منهم الوطنيون من أتباع محمد مصدق وكذلك اليساريون، كما دخل جزء من رجال الدين ساحة النضال بقيادة الخميني، لكن هل كان هؤلاء يتصورون سقوط الشاه؟ أقول لا، فيما يتعلق بي فقد كتبت برنامجا اقتصادياً وسياسياً واجتماعياً وثقافياً قبل سقوط الشاه، وقد أرسلته إلى الخميني في النجف، حيث استنتجت أن نظام الشاه وصل إلى النهاية وسيسقط، لكن هذا الشعور لم يكن عاما”. صورة تظهر مناوئين لحكم الشاه يخوضون مواجهات مع الأمن وسط العاصمة طهران (غيتي) ولاية الفقيه لم تتضح معالم شكل النظام الجديد قبيل الثورة كثيرا، إذ كانت التيارات المختلفة تجمع على رحيل الشاه لكنها لم تجمع على البديل، مع ذلك قدّم بعضهم خططاً سياسية ومطالب عكست آمالا، ومطالب ظلت منسيّة لعقود طويلة. في مثل هذه الأثناء تحدّث الخميني خلال وجوده في باريس عن تأسيس نظام جمهوري في البلاد، وفي ردّه على سؤال بشأن شكل الجمهورية التي وعد بها الشعب، قال “إنها تشبه الجمهورية الفرنسية”. قال الرئيس الإيراني الأسبق أبو الحسن بني صدر “عندما كنتُ طالباً في فرنسا وصلني كتاب نشره الخميني في لبنان حول ولاية الفقيه ولم أجد فيه محتوى يُذكر، فعندما ذهبت إلى العراق لدفن والدي في النجف التقيت الخميني وقلت له: هل كتبت هذا الكتاب لكي يبقى النظام البهلوي حاكماً في إيران إلى الأبد؟ من يقبل في إيران أن يحكم رجل دين إيران بدلا من الشاه؟ هذه المدينة (النجف) تعد قاعدة لرجال الدين منذ ألف سنة، إنكم لم تفلحوا في إدارة مدينة صغيرة مثلها حيث النفايات في كل مكان”. وردّ الخميني عليه، والحديث لأبو الحسن بني صدر “كتبتُ هذا الكتاب لأكون قد فتحت باباً لكي ينبثق منه مشروع يعمل عليه الآخرون، منهم أنت والسيد مرتضى مطهري”. وأضاف بني صدر “عندما عاد الخميني إلى أوروبا تحدث عن ولاية الشعب، ولم يذكر أي شيء عن محتوى ذلك الكتاب الذي كان قد كتبه قبل سنوات في العراق”. يقول الرئيس الإيراني الأسبق أبو الحسن بني صدر إن الخميني قال للإعلام إنه يطمح لإقامة نظام مثل النظام الفرنسي بعد العودة إلى إيران (غيتي) وعن طبيعة نظام ولاية الفقيه الذي يقوم عليه النظام الإيراني، قال بني صدر “الخميني غيّر رأيه بشأن ولاية الفقيه خمس مرات، حيث قال في المرة الأولى، طبقا لما أكّده خليفته المعزول حسن علي منتظري، ليس لرجال الدين ولاية على الآخرين، وبعدها عبّر عن رأيه في كتاب نشره في النجف، وأوضح أنه يقصد (تنفيذ قوانين الإسلام)، ثم تحدّث عن (ولاية الشعب) عندما كان في فرنسا، وبعد العودة إلى إيران حدّد القانون الذي أصدره مجلس خبراء القيادة أدوار وليّ الفقيه في الشؤون الرقابية، إلى أن انتهى المطاف بالولاية المطلقة للفقيه”. تصدير الثورة رسم النظام الإيراني منذ البداية أهدافا تعدّت حدود الدولة بتأسيس مؤسسات تدعم التدخّل في المناطق المختلفة في العالم وعارض الرئيس الإيراني الأسبق أبو الحسن بني صدر تأسيس مثل هذه المؤسسات، إذ يرى أن الثورة لا تحتاج إلى من يصدّرها، بل هي- والحديث لبني صدر “مجموعة من أهداف وطريقة يسلكها الشعب وتصدّر بشكل تلقائي”. وقال “عندما يأتي أحد ويعمل على تصديرها، ماذا يحدث؟ يتحوّل الأمر إلى تصدير العنف، مثل ما تقوم به قوات قدس التابعة للحرس الثوري”. وأضاف “يترتب على ذلك مآسٍ نشهدها الآن في المنطقة من حروب مختلفة، فيعود جزء منها إلى تفريغ معنى تصدير الثورة، حتى يصبح الأمر تصديرا للعنف والعمليات المسلحة والاستبداد الديني، بدلا من تصدير قيم الثورة الإيرانية”. احتلال السفارة الأميركية عندما أوشكت الثورة الإيرانية على طيّ عامها الأول، اقتحم مجموعة من الطلبة الإسلاميين مبنى السفارة الأميركية في طهران واحتجزوا 66 من الدبلوماسيين فيها كرهائن لأكثر من عام. وبينما واجهت الخطوة تنديدا عالميا اصطف المسؤولون الإيرانيون بين معارض للعملية ومناصر لها. وكان الرئيس الإيراني الأسبق أبو الحسن بني صدر من أشد المعارضين للاعتداء على السفارة، ويرى أن العميلة جرت بتنسيق بين مسؤولين أميركيين وإيرانيين. صورة تظهر عدد من الرهائن الأميركيين بعد اقتحام سفارة بلادهم في طهران (غيتي) قال الرئيس الأسبق “جرت تحقيقات مختلفة في الولايات المتحدة بشأن عملية اقتحام السفارة، كما أجريتُ أنا تحقيقا حول القضية، وثبت أن المشروع أعدّه تيار في الحزب الجمهوري في الولايات المتحدة ونفّذه الحرس الثوري في إيران كمشروع ثوري”. وأردف يقول إن “نجل شقيق الخميني رضا بسنديدة التقى في إسبانيا ممثلين لرونالد ريغان وجورج بوش، حيث عرضوا عليه تأجيل إطلاق سراح الرهائن الأميركيين حتى انتهاء الانتخابات الرئاسية الأميركية من أجل خسارة جيمي كارتر الانتخابات، ووعدا بتقديم إمكانيات كبيرة إذا ما نُفّذ المشروع”. وذكر بني صدر أن شقيق الخميني عرض عليه قبول العرض الأميركي وأوضح له أن غرماءه في حزب الجمهورية الإسلامية سيقبلون العرض إذا ما رفضت. وقال بني صدر “التقى بي رضا بسنديدة بعد عودته من إسبانيا، وقال لي إنهم يقترحون تأجيل إطلاق سراح الرهائن حتى تنتهي الانتخابات الرئاسية ويخسر جيمي كارتر في الانتخابات”، وأضاف “لم أقبل العرض لأني اعتبرت أنها معاملة قذرة مع مجموعة تشكل خطرا على العالم”. وعن الشخصيات التي التقت الأميركيين في إسبانيا، قال بني صدر “كان أولهم رضا بسنديدة نجل شقيق الخميني، ثم مهدي كروبي، طبقا لما أثبتته التحقيقات الأميركية، حيث التقى وليام كيسي رئيس اللجنة الانتخابية لرونالد ريغان آنذاك”. عزل أول رئيس وعن عزله من منصب رئاسة الجمهورية، قال بني صدر”السبب كان واضحاً، كانوا يرون أنني لستُ ثوريا… كانوا قد حذّروا الخميني من أنه مع انتهاء الحرب الإيرانية العراقية سيتوجه بني صدر على دبابة إلى طهران ولن تصمد أمامه، لذلك يجب القضاء عليه سريعاً، وأقنعوه في نهاية المطاف بإنهاء حكمي”. وأضاف “إذا ما انتهت الحرب في السنين الأولى كان قادة النظام يواجهون صعوبة في إعادة بناء الاستبداد السابق”. وعن الهلال الشيعي الذي كان يطمح مؤسس النظام الإيراني لتشكيله في المنطقة، قال بني صدر إن “بعض المسؤولين أقنعوا الخميني بتشكيل حزام أخضر يمرّ من إيران إلى العراق، ثم إلى سوريا التي يسيطر عليها العلويّون، ومنها إلى لبنان”. وقال “خيلوا له أنه بالسيطرة على هذه البلدان، وبسبب ذخائر الغاز والنفط، سيصبح سيّداً في العالم الإسلامي”. الرئيس الفلسطيني الراحل ياسر عرفات أثناء زيارته إيران بعد الثورة (غيتي) وأوضح بني صدر أن الرئيس الفلسطيني الراحل ياسر عرفات جاء إلى إيران وقال له “والله، لا يسمحون بأن يصل جنديّ إيرانيّ إلى العراق أو جنديّ من قوات صدام إلى طهران. إنهم يورطونكم في حرب طويلة الأمد، ونحن الفلسطينيين نكون أول المتضررين”. وعن مغادرته البلاد، قال بني صدر “أتيت هنا لفضح العلاقة العضويّة بين الخمينيّة والريغانيّة، وهذا ما أعمل عليه منذ سنين، حيث أُجري مقابلات متعددة مع الإعلام، ونشرتُ ثلاث مجلدات لكتاب حول السياسات الأميركية في إيران، وأعمل باستمرار على فضح طبيعة العلاقات بينهما”. وقال الرئيس الإيراني الأسبق أثناء إجراء الحوار قبل وفاته إنه “يعيش في ظروف محفوفة بخطر الاغتيال، حيث حاول النظام مرارا اغتياله، لكن فشلت تلك
