رأى خبراء عسكريون وسياسيون، أن الجيش المصري كثف خلال الفترة الأخيرة تدريباته العسكرية كـ “رسالة ردع” لبعض القوى الإقليمية، والتأكيد على جاهزية القوات المسلحة المصرية للتصدي لأية تهديدات.
وأجرى الجيش المصري، منذ مطلع نوفمبر الماضي وحتى الآن تسعة تدريبات عسكرية مشتركة ثنائية وجماعية مع قوات دول أخرى، بحسب إحصائية أجراها مراسل وكالة أنباء (شينخوا) وفقا لبيانات رسمية للقوات المسلحة.
وجرت سبعة من هذه التدريبات في المياه الإقليمية المصرية، بمشاركة قوات من فرنسا واليونان وقبرص والإمارات والبحرين وبريطانيا والسعودية والأردن والسودان.
وبعض هذه الدول شاركت في أكثر من تدريب مع مصر مثل اليونان فرنسا والإمارات والبحرين.
بينما شاركت أمريكا وإيطاليا وألمانيا بصفة مراقب في أحد هذه التدريبات.
كما شاركت مصر، للمرة الأولى في تدريبات عسكرية خارج أراضيها، هي التدريب الجوي “نسور النيل – 1” في السودان، والتدريب البحري “جسر الصداقة – 3” في روسيا.
وإلى جانب التدريبات المشتركة، نفذت القوات المصرية خلال الفترة المذكورة ثلاث تدريبات ذاتية، آخرها أمس (الإثنين) حين أجرت إحدى وحدات الجيش الثالث الميداني المشروع التكتيكي “صمود – 16”.
وفي هذا الصدد، قال الخبير العسكري اللواء متقاعد سمير فرج، إن “الاتجاهات الاستراتيجية الأربعة لمصر مهددة سواء في البحر المتوسط شمالا، وسيناء شرقا، والحدود الليبية غربا، ومنابع النيل جنوبا.. ومن هنا زادت أهمية التدريبات التي تعد أعلى مستوى تكون فيه القوات العسكرية”.
وأضاف فرج، وهو مدير إدارة الشؤون المعنوية الأسبق بوزارة الدفاع، لوكالة أنباء ((شينخوا))، أن “هناك تهديدات كثيرة بسبب الصراع على الغاز الطبيعي فى شرق المتوسط، وبالتالي لابد أن تكون هناك قوة عسكرية تحافظ على الثروة الموجودة فى البحر المتوسط”.
وأشار إلى أهمية هذه التدريبات مثل تلك التي جرت مع اليونان وقبرص، لأنهما بجانب مصر يواجهون التهديدات في شرق المتوسط.
وتشهد منطقة شرق المتوسط توترا بين مصر واليونان وقبرص من جانب وتركيا من جانب آخر بسبب التنقيب عن الغاز في البحر المتوسط، والوضع الليبي.
وأردف فرج، أن “البحرية المصرية هى السادسة على مستوى العالم، وهناك دول يهمها المشاركة في التدريب معها، كما أن مصر ولأول مرة تجري تدريبات خارج مياهها الإقليمية ، حيث أجرت تدريبات بحرية مشتركة مع روسيا، ثاني قوة بحرية في العالم، فى قلب البحر الأسود”.
واعتبر أن تنوع هذه التدريبات يفيد القوات المسلحة المصرية بـ “خبرات كبيرة.. ويرفع مستواها”، لاسيما أن “كل دولة من الدول المشاركة في التدريبات لها أساليب قتال وخبرة مختلفة”.
وأكد أن هذه التدريبات “إشارة إلى الردع سواء مادى أو معنوي، لأنها تظهر للجانب الآخر أن مصر لديها قوات قوية على أعلى مستوى من التدريب والكفاءة”.
وقال فرج، إن “مصر أكثر دولة تقوم بإجراء تدريبات عسكرية مشتركة فى العالم”، وأشار إلى أن معظم الدول المشاركة في التدريبات هى التى تطلب التدريب مع الجيش المصري، بسبب ارتفاع تصنيفه عالميا، وخبراته الكبيرة.
وتجري #مصر 40 تدريبا عسكريا في المتوسط خلال العام مع الدول الصديقة، بحسب الخبير العسكري اللواء متقاعد جمال مظلوم.
وقال مظلوم لـ ((شينخوا))، إن “هذه التدريبات تعزز التعاون وتبادل الخبرات بين القوات المسلحة المصرية وقوات الدول الصديقة”، كما أنها ” ترفع كفاءة القوات المسلحة التي تطلع على أحدث الأساليب القتالية والأسلحة والتكنولوجيا لدى الجيوش المشاركة في التدريبات”.
وأوضح أن مصر دولة محورية في المنطقة، وجيشها مصنف عالميا، وعلاقاتها الخارجية جيدة، لذلك تطلب الدول الأخرى إجراء تدريبات عسكرية معها، “واتصور أن هذه التدريبات أمر جيد لتطوير قواتنا المسلحة”.
أما الدكتور مختار غباشي نائب رئيس المركز العربي للدراسات السياسية، فعلق على هذه التدريبات بقوله إن “مصر توجد في محيط إقليمي ملتهب ومستقطب من قوى إقليمية ودولية طامعة فيه، لذلك لابد أن تكون دائما مستعدة”.
وأضاف لـ ((شينخوا))، أن “المشاكل داخل الساحة الليبية لم تحل بعد، والوضع في شرق المتوسط مازال ساخنا، ومشكلة سد النهضة الأثيوبي لم نصل بعد إلى حل بشأنها، وبالتالي مصر فى محيط ساخن”.
وتابع أن مصر تكثف التدريبات العسكرية، وتنوع مصادر أسلحتها بدرجة قوية، وهذا الأمر “رسالة إلى القوى الإقليمية والدولية الطامعة بأن هناك فى هذا المحيط قوة إقليمية كبيرة (وهي مصر) يتعمل لها حساب”.
واختتم قائلا إن “الرسائل كثيرة، فحينما نتحدث مثلا عن تدريب بين مصر والسودان، وآخر بين مصر واليونان وقبرص والإمارات نجد أن كل تدريب يوجه رسالة”.
