CANADAكندا عربي كندي متهم بالإرهاب والانتماء إلى تنظيم “داعش” by admin 24 يوليو، 2020 written by admin 24 يوليو، 2020 109 راديو كندا الدولي / إعداد كوليت زينة ضرغام | barid@rcinet.ca تُوّجه تهم بالإرهاب إلى مواطن كندي يقيم في مدينة كالغاري في مقاطعة ألبرتا في الغرب الكندي. استغرقت الشرطة الملكية الكندية سبع سنوات من التحقيقات لتستطيع اليوم توجيه أربع تهم إلى المدعو حسين صبحي بُرهوت البالغ 34 عاما. وتتهمه بالقيام بنشاط إرهابي في صفوف تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية في العراق وبلاد الشام” (داعش) في عامي 2013 و2014. ووفقا للشرطة الكندية الفدرالية فقد قام المتهم بالسفر إلى سوريا في الفترة من 9 أيار/مايو 2013 إلى 7 حزيران/يونيو 2014 للمشاركة في أنشطة لتنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية” المسلّح. وقد تلّقى المواطن الكندي التدريب وشارك في عملية اختطاف لحساب التنظيم المذكور. وتتهم الشرطة الكندية حسين صبحي بُرهوت بالمشاركة في نشاط لمجموعة إرهابية وارتكاب جنحة لحساب تلك المجموعة. عناصر من تنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية” المسلّح في مدينة الرقة السورية/حقوق الصورة: أرشيف هيئة الإذاعة الكندية تجدر الإشارة إلى أن التنظيم التكفيري “داعش” كان تمكن في صيف العام 2014 من بسط سلطته على أكثر من ثلث مساحة العراق وسوريا وزرع الخوف والذعر في النفوس عبر شن عدة هجمات إرهابية في العراق وسوريا. هذا وبعد جلسة استماع في المحكمة تم احتجاز المتهم في سجن مؤقت ريثما يمثل من جديد غدا الجمعة أمام محكمة محلية في مدينة كالغاري. وقد أشارت الشرطة الملكية الكندية إلى استمرار التحقيق في هذه القضية والذي قد يؤدي إلى توقيفات واتهامات أخرى. تقول المسؤولة عن “فرق الأمن القومي المتكاملة” (EISN) في ألبرتا ستايسي تالبوت بأن كندا ليست محّصنة ضد التهديدات الإرهابية وأنهم يقومون بدور رئيسي للدفاع عن الأمن القومي في البلاد. من جهته أعرب رئيس حكومة مقاطعة ألبرتا جيزن كيني عن اغتباطه للتوصل أخيرا إلى إثبات التهم على العضو السابق في تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية (داعش) مشيرا إلى أنه كان يأمل في أن يحصل هذا الأمر في وقت سابق. إنها جريمة خطيرة ومرّوعة أن نترك الأمان الذي نعيش في كنفه في كندا ونذهب إلى الخارج من أجل القتال وأن نقاتل أحيانا الجيش الكندي نفسه وأن نرتكب أعمالا إرهابية ضد أرواح بريئة.( رئيس حكومة ألبرتا جيزن كيني). هذا وذكر رئيس حكومة مقاطعة ألبرتا أنه عندما شغل حقيبة الدفاع في الحكومة الفيدرالية في العام 2015 ، لاحظ أن هناك العشرات من الكنديين الذين التحقوا بتنظيم الدولة الإسلامية المسلّح. كما أمل كيني في أن تتم محاكمة جميع أولئك الأشخاص.
