عرب وعالمعربي هل تخلف كيم يو أونغ أخاها في حكم كوريا الشمالية؟ by admin 27 أبريل، 2020 written by admin 27 أبريل، 2020 125 إذا صدقت التكهنات، فإن يو جونغ ستصبح أول امرأة تحكم كوريا الشمالية منذ أسس جدها كيم إيل سونغ البلاد في عام 1948. البوابة / قد تكون سلالة كيم التي يسيطر عليها الرجال في كوريا الشمالية على وشك تسليم مفاتيح البلد المنغلق على نفسه، إلى امرأة. ومع استمرار التكهنات حول صحة كيم جونغ أون، تحولت كل الأنظار إلى أخته وأقرب المقربين إليه، كيم يو جونغ، كخليفة محتمل له. وفي حين قد تفتقر الشقيقة الصغرى إلى تسريحات الشعر الغريبة التي ورثها ذكور عائلة كيم الذين يحكمون البلاد منذ سبعة عقود، إلا أنها تشبه أخاها من حيث القسوة والسرية وميلها لمهاجمة الخصوم السياسيين بشكل عنيف. ولا يزال الكثير عنها لغزا. فعمرها الدقيق غير معروف، على الرغم من أن الاعتقاد أنها في الثلاثينات وأصغر بسنوات قليلة من كيم جونغ أون، الذي يعتقد أنه يبلغ من العمر 36 عاما. وعلى الرغم من أنها تعد بمثابة “ممثلة ملكية” ومساعدة شخصية لأخيها الأكبر وواحدة من أقرب مستشاريه، إلا أنها بشكل عام تعمل بعيدا عن الأضواء، ففي الشهر الفائت فقط أصدرت أول بيان رسمي لها سخرت فيه من كوريا الجنوبية واصفة معارضتها تظاهرة عسكرية بالذخيرة الحية بأنه “نباح كلب مخيف”. ولكنها نشطة بما يكفي خلف الكواليس لتوحي بأنها ستحكم بقبضة من حديد. وعلى غرار باقي المسؤولين الكوريين الشماليين، فإن كيم يو جونغ مدرجة منذ عام 2017 على القائمة السوداء لوزارة الخزانة الأميركية بسبب “انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الإنسان”. وقالت وزارة الخارجية الأميركية إن يو جونغ لديها سمعة بأنها تروج بشدة لدعاية كوريا الشمالية وكانت بين المسؤولين الذين عملوا على “سن سياسات رقابة صارمة وإخفاء سلوكها اللاإنساني والقمعي”. وقال محلل لوكالة أسوشيتد برس إن يو جونغ”من بين النخبة في كوريا الشمالية، وتتمتع بأعلى فرصة لوراثة السلطة، وأعتقد أن هذا الاحتمال أكبر من 90 في المئة”. وظهرت بشكل روتيني في صور إلى جانب شقيقها في مناسبات عامة، كما أن لها دور في العلاقات مع كل من الولايات المتحدة وكوريا الجنوبية حيث وصفتها وسائل إعلام بأنها “إيفانكا ترامب كوريا الشمالية”. وقد تكون أبرز فترة لها تحت الأضواء، عندما عملت مبعوثة لأخيها إلى دورة الألعاب الأولمبية الشتوية التي نظمت عام 2018 في بيونغ تشانغ بكوريا الجنوبية، وجلست إلى جانب رئيسها مون جاي-إن. وأدى ذلك إلى تقارب دبلوماسي في شبه الجزيرة المقسمة. وفي أواخر التسعينيات، انضمت إلى أخيها كيم جونغ أون في الالتحاق بمدرسة ابتدائية في مدينة بيرن السويسرية. وأقام الاثنان في منزل خاص ومعهما موظفون وحراس شخصيون، وفق موقع يراقب القيادة الكورية الشمالية. ولا يعرف الكثير عن حياتها بين وقتها في سويسرا حتى عام 2007، عندما بدأت تلعب دورا في الحزب الحاكم في البلاد، بخلاف أنها كانت مفضلة لدى والدها كيم جونغ إيل الذي استمر حكمه من 1994 حتى وفاته في 2011. وقال مايكل مادن، وهو مستشار حكومي يدير الموقع الذي يتابع القيادة الكورية الشمالية لصحيفة نيويوركر “لقد أصبحت أكثر جدية بكثير”. وتابع “عندما ترى لقطات لها على خطوط الاستقبال، فإنها تكون مبتسمة، شابة لطيفة ودودة، لكنها عندما تكون خارج تلك الخطوط، تختفي الابتسامة، حتى أنها تبدو مثل كيم جونع إيل”. وفي 12 أبريل الجاري، أعيد تعيينها عضوا بديلا في المكتب السياسي للجنة المركزية، وهو هيئة رئيسية لصنع القرار، في خطوة أشارت إلى ارتقائها في السلطة. وقال محللون إنه يعتقد أن يو جونغ عزلت من منصبها العام الماضي بعد انهيار قمة ثانية بين شقيقها والرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب في هانوي. وأعقب ذلك تعيينها نائبا أول لمدير إدارة اللجنة المركزية لحزب العمال الحاكم، وهو دورها الرئيسي في النظام الكوري الشمالي. وإذا صدقت التكهنات، فإن يو جونغ ستصبح أول امرأة تحكم كوريا الشمالية منذ أسس جدها كيم إيل سونغ البلاد في عام 1948.
