لديه تجربة وزارية قصيرة جداً. إنه لا ينتمي لحزب سياسي، لكنه يدخل نادي رؤساء الحكومة من بوابة خروج الحريري وبدعم من حزب الله وحلفائه. فمن تكون هذه الشخصية السنية؟ خاض حسان دياب (60 عاماً) غمار السياسة المرة الأولى في العام 2011 وزيراً للتربية في حكومة نجيب ميقاتي، بعد إطاحة حزب الله الشيعي بحكومة سعد الحريري آنذاك، في خضم أزمة سياسية حادة. والمفارقة أنه يعود لمنصب أعلى اليوم، أي رئاسة الحكومة، غداة إعلان الحريري عزوفه عن ترؤس الحكومة مجدداً. ويأتي تكليف دياب، الأستاذ الجامعي في هندسة الاتصالات والكومبيوتر ونائب رئيس الجامعة الأمريكية في بيروت، على وقع أزمة سياسية حادة في لبنان وانهيار اقتصادي ومالي متسارع يثير غضب اللبنانيين الذين يتظاهرون منذ أكثر من شهرين ضد السلطة السياسية. وتزيد تسميته، بعد تعذّر حصوله على دعم أبرز ممثلي الطائفة السنية، على رأسهم الحريري، مقابل دعم من حزب الله وحلفائه، جملة التحديات التي تنتظره على أكثر من مستوى. وليس لدياب، وهو شخصية مستقلة، إطلالات إعلامية أو تصريحات سياسية في وسائل الإعلام في السنوات الأخيرة. ومنذ بدء التظاهرات غير المسبوقة التي شهدتها مدن عدة من الشمال حتى الجنوب مروراً بالعاصمة، تكاد مواقفه العلنية تقتصر على تغريدة واحدة، نشرها في 20 تشرين الأول/ أكتوبر. وكتب حينها “في مشهد تاريخي مهيب، انبرى الشعب اللبناني موحداً للدفاع عن حقه في حياة حرة كريمة من بيئة وصحة وتعليم وعمل شريف. له تنحني الهامات وترفع الدعوات بغد أفضل ينعم المواطنون فيه بكامل حقوقهم”. مختارات تكليف حسان دياب المدعوم من حزب الله بتشكيل حكومة لبنانية جديدة الحريري: لن أترشح لتشكيل الحكومة اللبنانية المقبلة دعوات للتحقيق في الاستخدام “المفرط للقوة” ضد المتظاهرين في لبنان خبرة أكاديمية طويلة وتجربة سياسية قصيرة وينحدر دياب ذو القامة الطويلة من بيروت وهو أب لثلاثة أولاد. ويحظى بخبرة أكاديمية طويلة، منذ التحاقه بالجامعة الأمريكية في بيروت في العام 1985، مدرساً وباحثاً وصولاً إلى توليه مسؤوليات إدارية آخرها نائب رئيس الجامعة، بخلاف تجربته السياسية التي خاضها على وقع انقسام سياسي كبير بين العامين 2011 و2014. تُشيد به سمر حمدان، وهي جارة دياب منذ 15 عاماً قائلة لوكالة فرانس برس “لم نر منه إلا كل الخير”. وتضيف أنه “أكاديمي رفيع، ووفر أفضل تربية لأبنائه، وحافظ على تواضعه عندما أصبح وزيراً” معربة عن أملها أن يكون تكليفه “خيراً” على البلاد. في موقع إلكتروني يحمل اسمه ويتضمن تفاصيل عن سيرته الذاتية ورؤيته، يصف دياب نفسه بـ “أحد الوزراء التكنوقراط النادرين منذ استقلال لبنان”. وقد كتب في الموقع “أنا متأكد من أن الحل لغالبية تحدياتنا، الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والمالية وحتى السياسية والبطالة، يكمن في التعليم بكافة أشكاله”. وتولى دياب مقعده الوزاري في حكومة الرئيس الأسبق نجيب ميقاتي، التي حاز فيها حزب الله وحلفاؤه على غالبية المقاعد. وخلفت هذه الحكومة حكومة ترأسها الحريري وأسقطها حزب الله مطلع العام 2011 بسبب الخلاف حول المحكمة الدولية الخاصة بلبنان المكلفة النظر في قضية اغتيال رئيس الحكومة الأسبق رفيق الحريري في العام 2005 وتمويلها. دخل حسان دياب عالم السياسة والحكم عبر دعم حزب الله وبوابة خروج الحريري. هل تبصر حكومة لون واحد برئاسة دياب النور؟ يقول أستاذ العلوم السياسية في الجامعة اللبنانية الأمريكية عماد سلامي لوكالة فرانس برس إن “تحفظ الحريري والمستقبل على تسمية حسان دياب يسحب الغطاء (السني) عن حكومة حزب الله”، حسب تعبيره. وفي لبنان، البلد الذي يقوم على المحاصصة الطائفية والسياسية، لا يمكن لأي فريق سياسي من لون واحد التفرّد بالحكم، وفق ما أظهرته تجارب سياسية سابقة. ومع التدهور الاقتصادي المتسارع، فإن مهمة دياب في تشكيل حكومة ترضي الشارع لن تكون سهلة على الإطلاق، خصوصاً مع اشتراط المجتمع الدولي تقديم أي دعم مالي للبنان بتشكيل حكومة إصلاحية. وبينما لم يتضح موقف الشارع بعد من تسمية دياب، استعاد ناشطون على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تقارير نشرتها وسائل إعلام محلية قبل سنوات، انتقدت فيها اقدام دياب على نشر كتاب يوثّق “إنجازات” حققها خلال تبوئه وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي. وأفادت حينها أن كلفة الكتاب الأنيق المؤلف من ألف صفحة قد اقتطعت من ميزانية وزارة التربية. ودياب الحائز على بكالوريوس (مع مرتبة شرف) في هندسة الاتصالات ودكتوراه في هندسة الكومبيوتر من بريطانيا، حيث تلقى علومه الجامعية، أستاذ محاضر في كلية مارون سمعان للهندسة
