At roughly 8 p.m., officers responded to the Subway on Pleasant Street in Dartmouth, where staff reported a man ordered food but refused to pay and threatened staff with a knife. Police say the man took the food and left the restaurant, adding that staff were not physically injured. A few minutes later, officers arrested the suspect who was still on scene.
