Nova Scotia Health is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a patient who went missing from a hospital in Kentville.

Thirty-four-year-old Tyffani Poirier has been missing since Sept. 15.

She is described as 5’9″ tall with a medium build, weighing approximately 160 lbs. She has dark brown hair and was last seen wearing a green jacket and grey pants, with a purple purse.

Health officials say Poirier’s condition could deteriorate without access to treatment.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the local law enforcement agency.
