(HRP) CANADAHALIFAX news Police seek help in locating elderly man by admin 11 مايو، 2025 written by admin 11 مايو، 2025 311 CITYnews halifax / By Rachel Morgan Halifax Regional Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating an elderly man who has dementia. Police say 77-year-old Basil Short was last seen around 2:45 p.m. Saturday in the 1200 block of South Park Street in Halifax after he left his residence. Police describe Short as white, approximately 5;10″ tall, slim build and balding with grey hair. He was wearing glasses and a black puffy coat when he was last seen. Police do not suspect foul play to be involved but are concerned for Short’s safety.
