Wade Keller told CityNews, steam from the overflow around 10 a.m. Thursday morning triggered the fire alarm, and it was initially treated as a chemical leak because crews didn’t know which tank the water came from. Halifax Fire had earlier said a “caustic material” had spilled out of a container but there was no risk to the public. No injuries were reported and the Hazmat team has since cleared the brewery. Production at the facility has resumed Thursday afternoon. 0 comment 0 FacebookTwitterPinterestEmail admin previous post Pedestrian injuries: Advocate says Halifax goals for safety unmet after walker killed next post Bible Hill suspicious death ruled homicide, says RCMP You may also like Manitoba man killed in Shubenacadie car crash 27 أبريل، 2026 Prime Minister Mark Carney announces Canada’s 1st sovereign... 27 أبريل، 2026 Power restored after thousands in the dark in... 2026 Liberals must show results in spring economic update:... 27 أبريل، 2026 Bayers Road blood collection clinic to reopen Tuesday 17 مارس، 2026
