The warning says hazardous conditions are to be expected, with wind gusts from the northwest reaching 90 km/h. Snow and wind is expected to continue into Monday night. Blowing snow can create hazards on roads and drivers are reminded to remain cautious and do not drive unless absolutely necessary. “Visibility will be suddenly reduced to near zero at times in heavy snow and blowing snow. Road closures are possible,” the warning states.
