At this time, the city has no estimate of service restoration time. Ellenvale Avenue is open to local traffic only. Traffic control personnel are on site to manage traffic flows. Sidewalks remain open. The city is cautioning that customers in the area may experience discoloured water during and following the repair. Customers are recommended to run the cold water until the water runs clear. Motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
